2011 Alumni Golf Tournament
The 28th Annual RBC Scholarship Golf Classic Tournament will take place on August 9, 2011 at the beautiful Whitewater Golf Club in Thunder Bay. Presented by RBC Royal Bank in partnership with the Alumni Association of Lakehead University, this tournament has rapidly become one of Ontario’s most prestigious tournaments and serves as a major source of funding for Lakehead University student scholarships.
Last year, the tournament met its goal of $35,000 with the help of generous community sponsors and participants. This fun-filled day would not be possible without the amazing support from sponsors, donors, volunteers, and participants in the community. We are incredibly thankful for this continued support and confident that this year’s goal will be met, allowing scholarship recipients the chance to excel in their studies.
There are many ways you can support this tournament! We are accepting donations – big or small— for the silent-auction and draws. There are also a range of sponsorship packages to meet the interests of diverse companies.
