Lakehead Alumni GTA With over 16,000 alumni in Southern Ontario and 1,388 kilometers separating the CN Tower from the Braun Building, Lakehead University is proud to hold an established presence in the Greater Toronto Area.
The GTA Chapter of the AALU (Alumni Association of Lakehead University) is comprised of a group of dedicated alumnus volunteers working together to engage other alumni in the area through various programs, events, initiatives, and networking opportunities. Their goal is to ensure that GTA Alumni continue their relationships with Lakehead long after graduation day.
Lakehead University’s Office of Alumni Relations has opened a satellite office in downtown Toronto and has dedicated one full-time staff member to the GTA, in addition to multiple Chapter volunteers. Andrew Brown, Alumni Relations Officer, works closely with the GTA Chapter Committee and is an important link between Toronto-area alumni and the Lakehead campuses located both in Thunder Bay and Orillia. | Lakehead University Orillia Campus
