Volunteers are the lifeblood of the Alumni Association of Lakehead University. Every year hundreds of Lakehead alumni and friends organize and participate in activities such as Orientation Week, Convocation, Alumni Weekend and more. Becoming an alumni volunteer is a great way to maintain old ties and friendships while putting your talents to good use. Serve on the Alumni Association board of directors, help out at Convocation, recruit high school students or welcome alumni back to campus — the opportunities are varied enough to suit all interests.
As well, social events worldwide bring people together who enjoy networking with friends and colleagues from their alma mater. The Alumni Association is revitalizing its branch program and is looking for interested volunteers.
